Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

KAJAHKURAG LTD ("BlinkHost," "we," "us") provides infrastructure for professionals. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the "Red Lines" regarding the content you may host and how you may use our platform.

By using BlinkHost, you agree that we have the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, lock, or terminate your account immediately if you violate this Policy.

1. The "Zero Tolerance" Content Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from using BlinkHost to upload, host, or display any of the following:

A. Illegal & Harmful Content

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We have zero tolerance for CSAM. We will immediately report such content to the NAPTIP (Nigeria) and relevant international authorities (e.g., NCMEC).
  • Terrorism & Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, or gender.
  • Non-Consensual Sexual Content: "Revenge porn" or any sexually explicit material distributed without consent.

B. Deceptive & Fraudulent Content (Phishing)

  • Phishing Pages: You may not host fake login pages mimicking banks, social media platforms, or email providers to steal credentials.
  • Scams: "Get rich quick" schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment sites.
  • Social Engineering: Content designed to trick visitors into downloading malware or revealing personal information.

C. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting content that you do not own or have a license to use (e.g., pirated movies, cracked software).
  • Trademark Violation: Using the "BlinkHost" brand or other trademarks in a way that suggests a false affiliation or endorsement.

If you identify a site hosted on BlinkHost that violates this policy, please report it immediately.
