KAJAHKURAG LTD ("BlinkHost," "we," "us") provides infrastructure for professionals. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the "Red Lines" regarding the content you may host and how you may use our platform.
By using BlinkHost, you agree that we have the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, lock, or terminate your account immediately if you violate this Policy.
1. The "Zero Tolerance" Content Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from using BlinkHost to upload, host, or display any of the following:
A. Illegal & Harmful Content
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We have zero tolerance for CSAM. We will immediately report such content to the NAPTIP (Nigeria) and relevant international authorities (e.g., NCMEC).
- Terrorism & Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, or gender.
- Non-Consensual Sexual Content: "Revenge porn" or any sexually explicit material distributed without consent.
B. Deceptive & Fraudulent Content (Phishing)
- Phishing Pages: You may not host fake login pages mimicking banks, social media platforms, or email providers to steal credentials.
- Scams: "Get rich quick" schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment sites.
- Social Engineering: Content designed to trick visitors into downloading malware or revealing personal information.
C. Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright Infringement: Hosting content that you do not own or have a license to use (e.g., pirated movies, cracked software).
- Trademark Violation: Using the "BlinkHost" brand or other trademarks in a way that suggests a false affiliation or endorsement.
2. Technical Abuse & Infrastructure Security
Our architecture relies on shared resources. You must not abuse them.
A. Resource Abuse
- Crypto-Mining: You may not use our Edge Servers or client-side JavaScript to mine cryptocurrency.
- Botnets & C2: You may not use BlinkHost as a Command & Control (C2) server for botnets.
- Excessive Load: While we do not currently enforce strict bandwidth caps on "Pro" plans, we reserve the right to throttle or disable sites that consume disproportionate CPU/RAM (e.g., 50%+ of our node capacity) or cause "Noisy Neighbor" issues.
B. Security Testing
- No Pen-Testing Without Permission: You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Rust Edge Server, API, or Dashboard without explicit written permission from our CTO.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or reverse-engineer our proprietary source code is strictly prohibited.
3. Enforcement & "The Nuke Protocol"
We operate on a largely immutable deployment model. We do not edit your code; we remove access to it.
- Investigation: We do not proactively monitor all content. However, upon receiving a credible "Abuse Report" or automated alert (e.g., unusual traffic patterns), we will investigate.
- Immediate Action: If a violation is confirmed, we reserve the right to immediately disable public access to the affected site on your site immediately. This results in a 404 error for all visitors.
- No Refunds: Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the time remaining on the subscription.
- Data Preservation: We may preserve evidence of illegal activity (server logs, uploaded files) to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in Nigeria or international jurisdictions.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you identify a site hosted on BlinkHost that violates this policy, please report it immediately.
